i have been trying to be more conscious of my daily intake of food and watching my calorie intake aswell. It has been a reall struggle to cut down on my carbs but I am trying and will continue to try harder each and everyday!

WI have always struggled with my weight ever since my childhood and now i am struggling with my weight in my adult life . I have tried countless diet, programs and support groups to even trying to loose the weight on my own. I woyld love to be under teo hundred pounds .
