I totally went off the deep end with the turkey nachos (minus the chips). When I look at my protein intake, it was too much for today. I will get back on track tomorrow.

I ate most of the traditional foods found on Atkins. I think I should probably wait awhile before I eat another Atkins bar. They are delicious but I think I will lose faster if I leave them alone for a while.

I just started Atkins Friday and I am trying to lose 23 pounds. I hope to reach my goal weight by the end of July. I am pretty good at being disciplined but sometimes I get off track and need real sugar. I hope I can stay motivated. I haven't started walking or exercising but I plan to start on Wednesday.
