so this was my birthday month and of course i over indulged. Soo getting back on track. the most important thing is this app and logging everything that goes in my mouth otherwise I don’t realize i’m over eating. For example i had low carb pasta and i measured it out 1/4 a cup of pasta and mixed in a bunch of broccoli i also added baby swiss gouda cheese you know those round little baby sized cheese. well i figured one extra little round cheese won’t hurt. soo wrong those little buggers are 150 calories each so for two that 300 calories on top of the 110 calories for the pasta and i didn’t even count the broccoli or the sauce! these little things that we don’t count can be disastrous. I still believe calories in calories out.

so i finally made it below 190 to 189 but that was just for one day. i was so angry because i kept
keeping the same eating pattern but the next few days it kept saying 192 so i got mad and did what i always do and went off my eating routine for a week. I don’t understand why it seems impossible to shed this weight. same old same old frustration. I am back on track as of today and I will not weigh myself until Friday. Going to keep fighting because i have no choice it isn’t about how I look if i was healthy I would just be more accepting but i am pre diabetic and have high triglycerides over 300. you would think i eat big macs everyday or something.

Hello Monday! Made it through the weekend with little damage. one giant cookie and one vanilla ice cream cone was the worst of it. I exercised a ton and probably went over my calories by a couple of hundred calories. You would think all the exercise would have made me lose more weight. Yesterday I walked over 14,000 steps. So it still tells me that the calories are really crucial and when it comes to weight loss exercise hardly matters. I’m sure it will once i lose the weight and want to reshape my body but it doesn’t seem like it does anything when you’re in the midst of trying to get the weight off. rather than relying on exercise i’d rather learn to eat within my calories as a lifestyle. So if i want that cookie i can have it but without going over my 1250 calories
