I have really been struggling with my weight this year and have been static at the weight now since last November(did put on a few pound on holiday but that has come of again), I sometimes wonder whether it is worth bothering.
My main problem is comfort eating and yes I have read all the advice but still seem not to be able conquer it. I go swimming twice a week plus once at the gym and I walk everywhere( unless it is in my local towns) I try to walk for pleasure twice a week.
My diet is quite good apart diet coke and I know I should cut it out but stress is a big problem for. I have manged to cut back and I am drinking more water, I eat mostly vegetarian food with fish about twice a week.
I start do my food diary but usually only manage to do it for a few days.
Not sure what to do any advice welcome

Not have not done at all well recently and over my holiday I put 4-5 pounds so now I must put in some hard work to lose them and more. I would like to go back to Weight Watchers again but must be sure thati am losing regularly.
My actual diet is good but I do tend to nibble and pick at food andI drink diet coke which I would like to stop.

I weighed myself on Monday only to find that I had put on 2 pounds but last week was bad stress wise. I am doing OK this week so hope for good news next Monday.
Stress and comfort eating are my enemies and at times I just cannot help it and eating takes over.
I do quite a lot of exercise over the week plus walking.

well weight wise I am mostly doing OK but I did go out for a meal on Tuesday and Wednesday it was 2 friends birthdays so we had cake at craft group but apart that it is going well but very slowly as always.
I was 11st 1lb when I last weighed myself but not been on the scales this week.
