Gained a pound of my weight loss back. Surprised it wasn't more....the diet was not followed well this weekend. Need to find alternative exercise this week. My gym (located at the community college) is closed for spring break this week and it is supposed to rain here all week. Getting back on track this week with the diet. Weekends are tough because friends and boyfriend want to go out.

Wow! The Fast Track One-Day Detox really works! I lost 2.5 pounds in one day. And I can't believe that I was never really hungry. I woke up a little hungry, but somehow the juice really does keep hunger at bay. Actually had a lot of energy too. Now I have three days of follow-up and then I'll start on Phase 1 for another week before switching to Phase 2.

Had major bathroom issues on Monday and Tuesday. Also, a lot of stomach cramping on Tuesday. Felt better yesterday, but had some pasta (just a little bit) on Tuesday night and whole wheat toast on Tuesday afternoon. Starting my fast today (I'm doing the one-day detox by Ann Louise). Weight was up a little this morning (also had more than allowed fruit yesterday) but will hopefully go way down tomorrow.
