So I reached 98% of my RDI and slept 8 hours. What my Stat's don't tell you is that I only slept 2-3 hours at a time and my fat intake is way to high. I am still eating a lot of fatty foods. One reason is that I can't go shopping until the first. I am although portioning my food and keeping track of everything that goes in my mouth.
Activity is still low and need to get on a daily exercise regimen. Still so fatigued and still a lot of hip pain. I will be going October 14th to orthopedic specialsts and hopefully get help for the pain.

I went to an antique show today. Walked a good distance and my hips started really hurting. Did not go out to lunch but had a big breakfast. Went home took a nap. My sleep is not any better yet. Went to bed at 8pm and woke up at 2;30 am and had 4 cups of coffee and two cigarettes. But i did only reach 85% of my RDI but still not eating healthy...I have to wait until the 1st to buy more healthy foods. I don't want to take my weight for a couple weeks or I will just get discouraged.

So I went 28% of my RDI Yesterday. I really have to do better today. One of my biggest problems is Coffee I drink to much and I drink it with milk. I thought using 1% would be like not really consuming calories but when you drink 10-12 cups in 24 hours it really adds up. I only sleep 2 to 3 hours at a time sometimes only one. The minute i wake up I have to have coffee and a cigarette....these addictions are what is holding me back. Going to have a good lunch now....(hopefully).
So I did pretty good today...only reached 81% of my daily intake. Does that make up for yesterday? LOL.....My fat intake is way to high and my activity level is way to low....I have to step it up a notch tomorrow...went to bed at 8pm but woke up at ll:30 pm.....It is now 12:41 am on the 24th and i am drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes....I have to find someway to curb this addiction pattern. I need to sleep more.

This is my third day dieting. I have a hard time because i am an insomniac and I have to eat when i get up in the middle of the night. I also drink coffee when i can't sleep....I know I know. OXY-MORON. I am an alcoholic so I have an addictive personality. Food...Booze...Cigarettes...I have not drank in three weeks. I really want to get back to a normal weight because I feel terrible and having hip problems.
Going to watch some of the Patriot's game and then go to bed.....and try to sleep more than three hours...wish me luck.
