Quase 5 meses sem acessar aqui. Durante esse tempo tenho vivido um Luto, e atualmente voltei a comer muito por Ansiedade, principalmente doce pela noite.

Hoje é o meu aniversário, no final de 2022 imaginei que bateria a meta de 65kg por volta do meu aniversário. E de fato consegui 🙏. Esses dias têm sido muito difíceis. Ontem, 12/04, meu gatinho 🐈⬛ Draco, faleceu. Foram 17 anos juntos, ele era o amor da minha vida. Estou fazendo o possível, tentando me alimentar e ficar bem. 😭🥺
