diet kok makannya begini?? emang kalo diet itu makanan hrs serba hambar, rebus & kukus y? gpp kok masak pake minyak asal tau batasannya.malah mkanan yg begini bikin diet itu g berasa. sy ttp makan nasi 2x sehari dan Alhamdulillah tiap minggu turun 1kg
