I weighed in today, well...yesterday since it's 2 AM, now...and I gained 3 lbs. It was my own fault...I've only been on the plan for about a week and a half and I already had a bad weekend! Went out of town to stay with friends, and everyone was drinking most of the weekend...it was hard not to. But, seeing the scale today definitely made me want to kick myself for already faltering and it definitely made me want to get back on track ASAP! I already feel frustrated enough...does anyone else feel like weighing in 3 times a week is a little unnecessary? I've always heard that you should only weigh yourself one a week to once a month. I feel like I'm being cheated, or cheating rather, if say I go weigh in on a Thursday morning, then again on Saturday afternoon...I mean, you always weigh less in the mornings...so, I don't know. Maybe it's just me. I'm currently frustrated with everyone at my center, anyway. None of the counselors I have had have actually BEEN overweight...so they have no idea how much of a struggle losing weight is (I know they haven't, because I've asked them). I feel like most of them barely even know what they're talking about, in general. I really want to lose the weight, so I'm going to stick to the plan and do the best I can, but I definitely am a little discouraged with the company in my area.
