Après une période personnel compliquée pour moi, mes crises de boulimie ont repris le dessus!
Et donc les kilos se sont aggripés à nouveau!
Mais la mauvaise passe arrive au bout !
Les crises s’affaiblissent petit à petit !

Aucune perte de poids ces derniers temps mais aucune prise donc c’est le principal malgré les quelques excès.
Ne pas baisser les bras dès que sa ne descend plus sur la balance! Perséverer 😜

Aujourd’hui est un jour spécial.
Sur ma balance -10kg depuis le début de mon aventure ici le 1 er juin.
Une chose que je ne pensais jamais attendre avec toutes les crises de boulimie qui rythmaient mon quotidien avant.
Alors à tout ceux et celles qui se disent qu’is n’y arriveront jamais sachez que le chemin est peut être plein d’embuches mais que la perseverance paye tôt pu tard.
Aller en route pour les 6 derniers kilos pour atteindre mon premier objectif :)
