I actually started on March 2, and weight in at 155lbs. So I have lost 3 #'s. Off to a good start. I have not exercised every day yet as I am taking it slow and my left calf muscle is knotting up on my. It feels better today though, so I am going to try and pick it up a little. I also need to work on cardio. Right now I can go for about twenty minutes and my heart is just pounding and I can feel it pounding in my neck. So I am taking a short break for now and will do about another 5 minutes or so.

I gained 20lbs last winter, and put on another 5-10 lbs. I started the weight gain when my father passe in Oct09. And then my sister took her life last May of 2010, the day before mothers day. So I think I have gone pretty much into a depression that I am having a hard time shaking. I am on meds but doesn't seem to do what I need it to do. I want to get off the meds. I have always been a procrastinator. I start something and only stick with it for a week or so. So I am going to need someone to help motivate me and keep me motivated.
