jamais été aussi lourd.
jamais été aussi gros.
jamais été aussi malade.
jamais autant ronflé.
jamais aussi mal dormi.
jamais été aussi essoufflé.
jamais été aussi en colère comme moi.
En même temps, inutile de se morigener davantage...
jamais eu autant envie de prendre soin de soi.
jamais eu autant envie de briser ce cercle vicieux (obésité/HTA/ronflement/douleurs physique/obésité/HTA/....).

voilà pour le constat.
pour le reste, il faudra de la patience....
