YAY! Ich hätte nicht damit gerechnet, dass etwas runter geht. Und dann sogar ein ein halbes Kilo. Zwei Wochen rein vegetarisch essen hat wohl doch ein kleines Umdenken Richtung gesündere Ernährung bewirkt.

Nach längerer Zeit wieder hier und natürlich zugenommen.
Aber: auf ein Neues. Ich will nicht zurück, sondern nach vorne schauen.

Ich bin in der letzten Woche aber auch drei mal essenstechnisch eskaliert. Ich bin eher verwundert, dass der Pfeil überhaupt nach unten zeigt.
