Well this morning I am still quite sore. My legs ache like no other but I will push through. Last night I ended up not walking the entire 10 minutes but also had the machine on the weight loss setting. I need to be able to conquer the incline. It's actually maddening to me that I cannot do so. I will also be tracking my food on here starting today. I just realized that I could do that. I have been tracking it on another site that gives you numbers to stay under. I find that I do better that way. It's almost as if I'm a child that needs direction.....lol. I am at a point right now where the cravings are starting to get to me. I am doing good though. I found that a bell pepper helps me out for that crunch that I like. We will see how today goes.

Ok well this morning my legs are killing me and it's cold. Having fibro with that really sucks and I just wanna cry. However I lounged around this morning until my legs got warmed up and then did another 10 minutes on the treadmill. This time I used the weight loss setting and it about killed me. At 5 minutes in it went to a 10% incline at 3 mph. Honestly I had to stop for about 10 seconds and then went right back into it. I am sweating like a pig. I am not giving up though. I can do this. I am also going to start with some resistance bands that I bought a while back. Will work on my arms for the most part to begin with. Well be getting back on this afternoon for another go around with the treadmill. Will still be aiming for 12 minutes as I didn't make it this morning. Have a great day all!!!

Well I got on the treadmill again tonight and made it 2.5 minutes longer than I did this morning. 10 minutes. I was rather proud of myself. Gonna aim for at least 10 minutes in the morning as well. As for now I am super tired and am headed to bed. I have had a busy day. Good night all.

Well I got on my treadmill for the first time this morning and I can tell you that 30 minutes is a little 2 ambitious for right this minute. I was able to walk 7.5 minutes and then I needed to stop. So I will try the 7.5 minutes 3 times a day and work my way up to longer times. Does anyone have any input on how long to stay at 7.5 minutes before moving up to a longer time?

Well I got to pick up my treadmill tonight. I am so excited to use it. I will be walking up a storm. It's bigger than I thought it was and takes up so much room but it will be so worth it. It also has an incline on it. I'm no where near ready to use it but it was a nice surprise. when I'm ready I can burn even more calories. Will be starting to use it first thing in the morning. I am going to try and start out with 30 minutes twice a day. I will do more if I can though. Wish me luck
