Today I joined a new challenge that will have me walking for 30 minutes every day for a month. I think with Dotties support I will actually do this one, without her I would forget or be "too tired"

Last time i weighed myself was my correct weight. The first one was at night with all my clothes on and shoes. I was seeing how this whole thing worked. I confused my brother when I entered the new weight and I figured I would explain.

Total loss so far, close to 11 pounds.
