Pola diet saya semaunya dan super duper santai. Belakangan ini lagi kurang selera makan, dan sedang memanfaatkan kondisi. Salah ga sih? haha. Tetep makan, tapi paling banter 2 kali sehari, segalanya setengah porsi.
