2 kilos down, this was out of the plan, I wanted to maintain 84 for a while, once you start to lose weight it seems equally difficult to stop than to start. I have been dressing the salads well with cheese, olives, olive oil, etc but the food intake doesn't seem enough to compensate the exercise. I am swimming and running often; I will try adding a glass of juice to the snacks that I eat before sport. Very tired when it comes to the weekend but resting these two days I feel grant on Mondays. Today for lunch lentils with pig ear.
