Learning to deal with the scale's ups and downs. Had some sugar last night and whoomp, 2lbs of water weight. Interesting. Fat will slowly come off and water will rise and fall, obscuring the curve.

Hard day. Ate too little, crashed for an hour in the afternoon, woke up ravenous and had too much sugar. Still, didn't do too terribly on calories.
one victory. Walked past the drug store hungry and Very tempted to get a bag of chips. Got that old should I shouldn't I anxiety. Said to myself " the decision is already made. You decided yesterday to say no to temptation. No decision to make. " kept on walking.
Not sure why I crashed today. dehydrated? Under eating? Annoyed I forgot my mail key? confused on what task to do next? Not sure if emotional or physical.
Lets see what today's sugar crash does on the scale tomorrow? I'll guess a little bump up.
