Well im back again..as got a little bit lazy and need to give myself a kick up the butt! I have kind of maintained really.. but gone up a few pounds...4 the most, and i can feel it. So i want to kick start again and not fall into my bad habit of being a fatty at christmas like i usually do lol. xxxxxxxx

Not been having a good time..so eating is VERY erratic. Losing weight yup however my eating is a bit hit and miss! Need to get a grip! Struggling with my bulimia. :(

Lol well after yesterdays poor performance of not recording my food diary.. god if you have a look at it today its all over lol. Due to drinking the previous night and being dehydrated etc.. ive just been hungry AND thirsty all day. went over on my points.. but not to worry cause i will pull it back for tomorrow. Got my salad in ..and some healthy foods, so i will be back on track. xxxxxxxxxxxxx
