I HAVE A FAT SECRET TO CONFESS
I left the uk, to move to Texas (back in 2014), I piled on a lot of weight here.
I got to 322lb and I told myself no more, I lost 140lb and I was actually starting to feel better about myself, my tum and bum still big, so I looked like a piece of string with a knot tied in it.
I was doing amazing, then the binge eating kicked in, I had not done this in a long while, add 60lb back on in the last year, and here I am, struggling bad. all that weight gain is not all from bingeing, though I confess I have binged, a lot.
I am worried I am gonna get back to the 322lb, I just can't go there, but these lies I tell myself are toxic, I fall for them everytime, I won't eat the whole pack of........ yeh right.
I thought i'd introduce myself
