Wow I love when I lose weight!!!!!
I am doing great! It's nice I can still have some cheat days but get right back on track!!!

Feeling great today! I started back on the treadmill with "walking" first. I figure baby steps so I don't hurt myself again!!
Been going to the beach alot with the kids which has been a HUGE motivation for me since I have to be in a swimsuit for that :)
Can't wait for the next weigh in I have a good feeling!!!

Just got back from vacation and I splurged a little but I think what saved me is the flu I got when I got back.. NOw I am back to normal and back on track 100%!!!!!

I'm making this red since tomorrow is the 4th. I did pretty darn well this week if I should say so myself... I drank lots of water, and had lots of fruit/veggies. I didn't get to work out as much as I wanted to, but I did play in the backyard with the kids on their slip and slide which I'm sure was hillarious. It's amazing how many of my muscles ached the next day! Oh to be a kid again!!

I am giving myself a free pass tomorrow since we have a huge 4th of July party at our house every year but I'm keeping in mind I will have to work off everything I indulged on the next week... SO hopefully that will keep it to a minimum!

I'm so excited to have all these new workout buddies!!

This looks like a great place for me to be able to track myself with the last of my weight loss.. It's amazing how much your body changes after 4 kids! If I can get down to the bikini body before summer is over I'll be happy!

I'm heading out to play with the kids in the backyard. They are going to swim while I try and manage to get some color on these white legs of mine :)

I'm feeling good about it!
