I'm starting to try to watch my intake on foods cause I'm going to get the gastric by-pass hopefully, thats if I am healthy enough for the surgery. I just need to hang out some where, lol, but seriously this sight gives me what I need in calories. This is not a easy path to be on, but I'm trying.
