I am tired of being tired. I have to start eating right and exercising again. Doing nothing is doing nothing to help me feel better. I need to eat healthy high energy foods. I was Googling about a "Night shift Diet" and have decided that there is money to be made for whoever can come up with a special auditor loss plan for night shift workers.

Ok, The past couple of weeks have just been awful for my life style change I failed the stress test. My cat passed away last monday, and then we moved on Tuesday and I have been empting boxes ever since. I am starting to feel a bit of normalcy though, I think Im about ready to start again.

Still maintaining my weight though I haven't been keeping up with my food diary. It's time to start recording my food diary again and soon I'll start exercising again too :-)

So much going on. We found out on wednesday night that are cat has a tumor in her stomach. All we can do is try to make her as comfortable as possible until the time comes. She still has quite an appitite though :) Our power is out due to that big snow storm and we don't know when we will get it back on. Plus we are supose to be moving tomorrow but we have no electric at either house, ugh :(
I have just not been keeping track of my eating. This is an area I really need to strive to work on. Stress really drives me to eat. But I know that the last thing I need to do is eat in any given situation. I need to teach myself self controll and convince my self that I can wait, I don't NEED to eat that cup cake NOW and I don't NEED to eat JUST because everyone else is eating.
Lord, I need your strength and Guidence.
I will start recording my calories again starting the November 1st.

I just got done busting my butt moving boxes from the attic to the kitchen. I think that qualifies as a workout.
