i stayed the same as 5 days ago or something :( im really annoyed at myself. I did have some snacks; but i ran it off! hahaha

i've been doing great! ive lost loads of weight since yesterday (well o.5 kg) but i think it's good anyway! since i GAINED 4kg over 2 months! hahahahaha also ive been doing 1 hr running a day as well as 1 hr of yoga...i hope it helps!

i havent been on in ages:) 3 days ago I was 53kg and now I'm 52! :D I'm really happy; even though since my last weigh in I've gained 4kg, but now I'm taller! hahahaha...but i'm still really happy x
