Here is a great protein shake if you can’t seem to get all your protein you need for a day
It’s very tasty 😋 and good for you👍
In a Blender
1 medium Banana
100 g Blueberries
250g high protein Greek yogurt (0%)
1 scoop of your favourite Whey Protein
1 cup unsweetened Silk Coconut milk
Blend until smooth and Enjoy

47g Protein
49 g Carbs
7g fat
