Didn't do well on my diet this week but, still managed to lose 1/2 a lb. Really need to get some new pants that fit. All mine are too loose.

It takes too long to write down all the ingredients and measures of a meal. I can tell you that on the curves complete diet that your daily in take is 1/3% protein, 1/3% fat, and 1/3% carbs. You eat 5 times a day. Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, and dinner.
