I just turned 62 and I would like to get in better shape. My biggest challenge is eating at night. I sometime work late and don't get home till after 11 P.M. and since my job does't afford me the opportunity to eat at scheduled times my system is at of whack. I sometimes home home starving and craving carbs. My will power is low and my cravings are high. I am reaching out for group support! Thanks kathy
