Woke up at 0310 to hit the gym. I felt a little rushed. I combined weights with cardio 2:00 Treadmill/1:00 Lifting. Focusing on Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I set the Treadmill at Incline 9% and speed 3.0-3.2. The level kept my heart rate between 140-145. I went for 55:00. I ate a banana before going to the gym. I probably have to figure a better more efficient pre-workout snack.
