40 mins on treadmill tonight, hoping to use it straight up until my vacation on the 16th! Want to gradually start working my way up to being able to go jogging.

Finally bought a treadmill tonight, can't wait to get it all set up. Tired of not being able to do anything in this weather / having anxiety to join a gym.
Been using weight watchers with pretty good success so far the past 2 weeks to keep my diet on track and making sure I get lots of water daily :)

Happily enjoyed my first week. I stuck to it very well and enjoying all the energy I have lately. Trying to make being 26 my year and aligning my priorities. :)

I have spent the past month gearing up for this diet, so glad to have finally started it. I used to wake up, shower and leave for work and barely make it on time. I have been setting my alarm for a good 90+ minutes in advance to make sure I get up, relax with some coffee and make my lunch, have breakfast and enjoy the start of my day.. I feel I have finally mastered it and have officially kicked off DAY 1 of this quest to lose weight, feel better about myself and eat better. It has to be a life style change because I really don't want to gain it all back! Any-who, off to take the dog to the trails at the state park since it's amazingly 55 degrees in mid-November!
