Hi everyone...
I joined LAWL back in july and at first i was into it but then i just couldnt get into it anymore...
I'm so mad at myself because i think about what my results would have been right now if i had stuck to it!!! but instead I have just gained everything back and have not done a thing about it!
I've decided that I'm recommiting myself today! I'm going to my nearest location tonight and talking to them!
I just hope I can stick to it!!! does anyone have any motivation advice?? I feel like i have no will power!!!

Ok so I went to Weigh in yesterday and I'm down 1Lbs. I'm pretty excited!! The lady told me that I can be loosing more if I eat ALL my Fruits and veggies! I've been skipping out on a few because I'm having a hard time putting everything together it's either I eat all my fruits and no veggies or all my veggies and no fruit! does anyone else have this problem??

Ok so this is my second week! Last Friday I went in and I had gained .5 and I've been scared to go back... I'm going to try to go tonight but I'm scared all my bad choices on the weekend has probably really affected me!
Anybody have any tips for weekend choices! I find it very hard to stay on plan!!!

Hello everyone!!!
Ok so today is the end of my official first week on LAWL! and I weighed myself this morning and I'm down exactly 9 pounds!! I'm pretty excited because to tell you the truth this is the first time I've actually stuck to and have been so motivated for a new diet/life style.
i know that its only the first week and most of it is water but I already feel good!
I had a bit of a freak out a couple of days ago and called my site and told them I wanted to quit! when I got there I spoke to a counsellor and felt 100 times better! the girls at the site seem like really great people (so far) and I'm glad I had them to talk to!!!
Just wanted to share! Hope your all haveing a great skinny day!
