Wel my first time on the scale in a while, measurements are also sort of constant, so probably not to had, still keeping the weight of so I'm happy! But the time has come to lose some more! Lol (I hope)

Thank you to everyone that has been so supportive on this site!
Can I give some simple advise - DONT BELIEVE YOUR SCALE!!
I started on a diffrent app, it all started in Aug 2020, since August I have lost 16KG - But the 16Kg is nothing I have lost 25Cm of Belly fat!
Friends and co-workers started noticing the change, do yourself a favour measure your problem areas and focus your workout on those!
