Em junho de 2021 consegui chegar ao peso de 72,7kg tinha conseguido reverter a pré-diabetes, porém no decorrer 1ano e 8meses engordei 11,2kg, faço acompanhamento c endócrino e graças a Deus meus exames estão normais, mas preciso eliminar esses 13,5kg para não voltar a ficar doente. Voltei a fazer exercícios, vou confessar não gosto muito de ir para academia mas é necessário e vou conseguir chegar na minha meta de 75kg novamente. devagar e sempre🙏
