Good afternoon everyone. I was off schedule for a bit but I am back. I did remain on track with my weight loss, no relapse for me. So I have lost 17 pounds so far and my knees feel so much better. I have more energy and I feel lighter. I have even been challenging myself with different workouts. I also have been trying new vegetables that I never ate before. I am not vegan however I do eat mostly vegetables , fruit, 2 to 3 ounces of meat in one meal and the other meals no meat at all. I have found that we can get protein from many other areas besides meat. I feel great. Good luck on your journey.
