What a disaster - since losing loads and getting down to a size 12 for my friends wedding last July I have been off work will for 6 months. lots of comfort eating and the side effects of medication have resulted in a huge weight gain so it's back to square one. Not allowed to follow a diet just a 3 meals a day 3 snacks a day plan as recommended by my GP which is designed to maintain my weight which goes totally against my desire to follow a diet and lose weight. Will probably try and incorporate Slimming Worls meals into that structure which I think will work quite easily as we are going to France on the 20th June and I do not want to be squeezing into my shorts. Very downhearted at the moment.

Now doing Slimming World - Mix2Match and it is brilliant. Really easy first week. would highly recommend it.

Not followed diet at all and just come back from a hen weekend in Cardiff!! Back on track now but going to a slimming world class. Wish I could just find one and stick to it not flit between different diets.
