Really happy with the loss after a bit of a booze binge on Sunday managed to have a decent result. Fingers crossed for another good week and dropping under 380 this time next week.

On a personal note it’s so hot 🥵 I want to just soak in a cold bath until the rain returns 😂🤣😂

So I’ve put on weight this week for the first time since I started back trying to lose weight.

I could blame that we were at a wedding in London or watching the football and drinking but to be honest; I was just bad in general this week I had a lot of chances to make good decisions and didn’t.

Must do better next week!
