I don't think I'll be on this site at all or much at all from here on out. I finally figured out the weightloss thing down to a T. Time to move on similar to K8 did. I have hit my goal and I'm so very happy with the new me. For those of you I got to know, I thank you for that. I appreciate you're encouragement always. But, it's time to move on with a new chapter in my life.

Thinking about changing my goal again. Hit save before I finished typing lol. I think once I hit 150 I am going to evaluate how I feel and maybe change my goal to 145. I'm 5'8 so even though I'm in the healthy range now for my weight, it is still at the higher end of it. I am going to be working more towards toning. If I don't lose another pound but I get more toned then I will be happy as can be.
