92kg today - a WOW moment for me.
Started this journey in 2018 at 159,5 kg - down 67kg, more than the total mass of my wife.....
Goal weight is 85kg and then I will re-evaluate when I get there.

I am getting there slowly -
Right now, on antibiotics and can't breathe properly so I am not training.
Looking forward to getting back into the gym.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the struggle is R.E.A.L., up to 35 years old the body fat is like paper glue and easy to lose - between 35 & 45 the fat is a little more like wood glue and then 45 the fat becomes like superglue.....Have an awesome day and stick to you goals.
