Start my new job today! Chiropractor has been helping my back so I can be useful. Cannot wait to learn how to cook seafood for the man, and just a new world of spices and ingredients! I can cook already, but mostly Hungarian (that’s my heritage) and Italian, other than the usual spin on classic Midwest favorites. Every day is an adventure if you make it so! Seize the day and all the glory it gives us!

Threw my back out Friday night 😖. Most likely won’t weigh in for two weeks. I imagine I will gain with way less movement. See the chiropractor in the morning. Supposed to start my new job Wednesday. So excited to get back to work and out of the damn house! What’s even better is that it’s in a more upscale restaurant, so I will be learning new cooking techniques and flavors and all sorts of good things. Even though I don’t eat it, I’d love to learn how to cook seafood at home for those that do. Only positive is that he’s actually done the dishes, cooked all the meals all weekend, and took care of the animals. I worry too much about who will take care of the daily things I do when I’m down and out. My 17 surely isn’t doing any dishes for me lol, but he will cater to my needs when I’m hurt. Mamas boy all day lol. Have a great week everyone, and smash every obstacle that comes your way!
