Checking back in after some time away due to my mom’s passing. I think I”m ready to get back on track. At least I haven’t gained back the little bit of weight I’ve lost. Life is short. No time to waste 🙏

Inching down slowly. I feel like being depressed a bit has slowed down my progress. I started taking l-theanine and turmeric to help. My clothes are already fitting a bit better so that’s a good feeling!
