I am doing everything I know to do and the results are slow coming. I figured that me changing my life so drastically would show a huge weight loss, but of course not...kind of bummed.

I did great today! I wish everyday went like this one! My goals were all met today and I am satisfied...not hungry! going to school now!

I walk with a friend every morning 5:45am, and we usually walk about 2 miles, but starting tomorrow we are going to jog instead. I'm excited about it. I have set some new goals this week and hopefully I will have a good week.

My 7 month old daughter Lilly is up at 5:30am today! now I have a longer day of torture staying away from junk food! lol. I like counting calories, I fell it is really working for me, and I am making better food choices. Still have the sugar monster inside of me, wish they would go away! Going to do my best today! good luck everyone!
