Tiba-tiba lemes gemeter jam 2 pagi, dan aku cek apps, ternyata hari ini aku baru makan gula 15gram😩 soalnya aku orangnya emang gak suka makan yg terlalu manis-manis. Jdi sering kekurangan gula sampe keringet dingin dan gemeter... Ada yang tahu gak, baiknya berapa byk gula yang dikonsumsi tiap hari??
Soalnya aku sering bgt begini, tapi setelah makan yang manis, langsung hilang gemeternya... cukup menganggu sih 🥲 apalagi kalo lagi defisit kalori, kalori harian udah terpenuhi tapi malah gemeter, jdinya harus makan sesutu lagi.
