I have been feeling really deprived of food so didnt calorie count much today but I think my body and my mind needed it. I didnt feel guilty. I just enjoyed it.
From Monday I'm going to start exercising becuase dieting it alone is not making me healthy and wont help me keep the weigh off.
I'm not weighing myself for a week and hope I can hit the mid 120's by the end of next week with good diet nd exercise but not deprevation.

Alcohol is my downfall and with the weekend coming up I'm concerned. I think maybe I should cut out alcohol this next 2 months ? hmmmm or I could just stick to vodka, soda and lime. Out for dinner tonight and on Saturday and brunch tomorrow. I will have to make good choices. x

This is getting tough now. I am feeling better but I dont know how long i can keep this up. Out for dinner most days this week so I hope that motivates me as I will need to make good food choices. Im going to start weighing myself weekly now as daily is bringing me down. Good luck guys xx

:) starting to feel so much better. Just 6 pounds away from my the lowest I have ever weighed. Then another 10 pounds until I am content. All needed before my travels in 8 weeks. :)
