Yesterday was a difficult day. My morning went well, then I had lunch with a friend at a Chinese restaurant. I actually did ok just ordered a cup(not large bowl)of hot and sour soup and was able to sub it for one of my fuelings for about the same calories. My real problem came when I went to a friends house for dinner. Every Monday we take turns at each others homes for supper. Only every 3rd Monday am I able to chose what will be available to eat. So I either have to eat first and not participate, or take a chance that something "lean and green" will be offered. That rarely happens and did NOT happen last night. Because I felt like I failed that meal, I went off the deep end and binged. So I am back on strong again. I will have to decide what is best on those meals I have NO control over what is served and plan a head if possible.

Last week I was upset because I rode my bike to town 2.5 miles one way, worked out at the gym, then rode my bike home on Monday, Tues, Wed, Thurss, then it was too wet (rain/snow) to ride my bike so I drove to town, worked out at the gym Fri and Sat. I was not able to calculate calories because the club server was down. Hoping it is fixed this week.

Today was good day. I stayed on my nutrition/exercise program very well. :D

I got my new order of Optavia Foods. I will try to do better at keeping a daily journal. I met with my nutrition coach last Wed Oct 9th. I weighed in the next morning at 155 and determined my goal at 35 lbs by the 1st of Jan. I also took photos and measurements.
I realize that the way I normally diet to lose weight is actually on target. I am glad to now have additional support and knowledge to accompany my usual strategy.
My daily nutrition routine should be vitamins supplements first thing. Fresh Celery juice 30 min away from other foods. Then my first shake, next fueling will be a Optavia Bar before my workout. A Optavia shake and my pectin, another bar, than my lean and green meal and a snack. Water only between meals and after 8pm.
For my workout I ride my bicycle to the fitness center and other errands in town about 2.5 miles one way.
For my first weigh in I have LOST 5 lbs.
