Have had a terrible fortnight of eating everything in sight,mainly bread ,bread and more bread.
No matter how much i would say to myself to stop and start eating well again,i just couldnt.
My mind wanted in the right space and no amount of trying to talk myself into it would work..
No this week has been wonderful so far,i have changed mind set and ready to kick these kilos..
10 weeks to get to 70kgs as my birthday approaches..

Have not been weighing in for past few weeks as i went up(also from rice pudding homemade) and have just been craving junk at night.
I really wanted to be down under 75 for Easter..
