I did a jig in front of the bathroom mirror today YES I DID! I thought it was going to be 173 again (or worse) because of yesterdays day out with my parents/uncle/aunt at the Sushi Restaurant- where they gave us a huge
free
banana split with
battered and deep fried
bananas...BUT IT ISN'T- it went down
YEAH BABY!
Oooh yeah~<3 That deep fried banana split is exactly what I needed to knock me down a pound. Whoot whoot! - and maybe the raw fish, but who cares! I'm down, down, down. Doing the jig yes I am. I feeeeeel good. And now I'm off to the gym to celebrate again. Ahh what a wonderful day.

Yay! Just 3 more pounds to 170 and four to 169. Oh my gosh...I can't remember the last time I was in the 160's. This has been an amazing (and tedious) journey, but boy I am happy. When I get to 170 I will break 2 goals! Getting to 170 itself and my New Years resolution on losing 20 pounds! :D So happy and proud.
When I get to 165 I'll only be slightly obese! That is so...ah. I can't even explain the feeling. I can't stop grinning though hehe!

So I thought I would be at 179-183 since I ate
so flipping much food
yesterday I was afraid to get on the scale this morning, but I did, and it said 175. I was SHOCKED, and happy. So I celebrated by going to the gym. This is the best gym day I have ever had.
I broke my record on the treadmill. I did a mile in 12 minutes- a personal best for me! I was so happy that I kept going at the pace I was set at (5) and broke another record. I usually am only able to stay on 5 for about 3 minutes. I got a runners high and stayed on it for
20
minutes! Yay! Great gym day, so happy. :D
