Ok, still feeling bloated...and I'm not getting on that scale until Saturday...not even going to talk to her until then...she can be a mean, vindictive bee-atch, know what I mean?!
So, I had a majorly craptastic day at work yesterday, and yup, totally wanted to drown my emotions in potato chips again...wouldn't you know it, DH says to me, "no, you're not having any chips" I went nuts!! Seriously, I got so angry with him, "what? if I want to have chips, I can bloody well have chips!!" and he says, "I don't care--I will risk the wrath! I'm not scared of you!" About knocked me off the couch I was laughing so hard! Ha! What a man~~willing to risk bodily injury to prevent me from sabotaging myself~~gawd I love that man!

Not too bad a day....stayed on the beach...scale was up a little today again...there's something funky going on with my stomach...MAJOR bloating lately...hmmmm, maybe I should have a look at hidden salts in my diet?

Today is definately a blah day....I have to be vigilent today not to drown blah with potato chips!! Off to go cook some cod right now...lemon mayo sauce will hopefully ease back my nasty cravings...

OMG, it went up!!! I think it has everything to do with my TOM though....because I have been exercising and staying on the beach, so I'm not going to beat myself up this time for an increase!

I never thought I'd see the 170s again!!! For the past week, I have really followed SBD to the tee...no cheats and proper portions. This feels great and scary all at the same time....{bites nails}....what if I fail????? Naaahhhh---that's crazy talk!! Yipppeeeee!
