It's all gone wrong lol shocking last few weeks :( going to need a couple of good ones to make up for this no booze until the stag do on the 4th of July.

need to get back to under 260

Ended up running 4 miles yesterday with a friend which was so much easier than running alone :) and treated myself to a subway on brown bread which was nice.

Though had an extra meal with my mum and nan which wasn't all that helpful.

So sub 260 :) knee isn't any better today so might go swimming instead of jogging today as a compromise.

three days in need to keep pushing for the perfect week until Friday!!

Ran 7K today and now my leg feels like its about to fall off :P

seriously though that was the furthest I've ever ran non-stop I've defiantly covered more ground on the rugby pitch but it is more stop start not non-stop.

Dead lifts are the devil they are really putting pressure on an old knee injury I picked up - might have to switch them out.

as a treat when I hit 250 I'm going to join the local gym :)
