hmmm another day with strange result. maybe it's the fact that i had chesse steak too late at night. Next time will see what i can do with this late piano lessons!

wow - i lost another pound! this tracking is amazing. looks like i am doing great in calculating daily calories intake and exercises!! keep up the good work. I can be meeting my goal in another month!

finished another day of 'sweet potato' day! result is great! lost another 1 pound - and now i am below 120! i am very proud of myself!! keep up the good work Lily!

Excellent day yesterday. I managed to do be active and do a round of 30 day shred last evening. surprisingly i was able to sleep fine last night.
This morning, struggled to get up at 5:45 to do exercise but finally got up at 6:15am. Did level 3 of 30day shred. Feeling great!! Plan to do yoga tonight and tomorrow morning, up at 5:45 and keep up with my workout!
Today is my 'sweet potato day' again. I am feeling great so far with my first meal!

ah not sure what happened - going away for a full day of ski trip is never good to control food intake. i roughly added them up together...but we will see.

i think due to the schedule, i did not have time / mood doing my 'morning' routine to the bathroom...so maybe it's accumulated. I am so bad at that. maybe i should switch to before going to bed. it's never easy!

don't be discouraged lily! keep it up and tomorrow will be the monday 'sweet potato day' - will hopefully clean up my body a little.
