Changed goal to reflect mini-values of 10 lb weight loss. So when I'm 224 ( hopefully in 3weeks) I'll change the goal to 214, etc. Maybe I can break 200 by birthday. Fingers crossed!🎉

I have an event in February I would like to lose 2 dress sizes for. I believe with focus, diet, and exercise it can happen.

I am combining 2 challenges. The Cardio Exercise lasts 4 weeks; and the 35 + lbs to lose should have me losing
10 lbs
by its end. Fingers crossed. I look forward to 185 by August 13!!!

I have back slid because of illness. My sugar dipped and it takes a while for me to get over it because it frightens me everytime. Will start again today. I hope to show a loss next week.

Glad to see the scales show a loss of 6 lbs. Since I know that is impossible, that means the initial weight gain was due to water weight from having too much sodium in my diet. On Paleo, we're supposed to watch our salt intake anyway. Will try harder.
Yesterday was pretty successful; I did get some protein through a can of sardines, and although I didn't do any cardio, I did complete upper body weight training.
