well today was a beautiful day! It was in the high 40's and i went for a 30 min walk. have been trying to keep busy so i dont eat as much. i have to go to work tonight though so im gonna try and not eat anything there. i work at mcdonalds so its really hard to not eat anything there. especially when you close and they have a ton of food left for taking. not me tongiht. not gonna take anything unless there are salads or parfaits left over. I dont have a huge support team but i have to keep telling myself i can do it and i know i can.

Hello my name is jennifer and i weigh 165 im 25 and had a baby who will be 4 next month. i just started dieting and i have a hard time staying motivated and dont know what im doing. ive tried so many things but just give up after a week or 2. i need a change and im starting now.
